The space Upon entering the main entrance you will be met with our open concept newly remodeled fully equipped kitchen, with coffee bar. Full bathroom/laundry room off to the right of the home. The cozy living room off the kitchen includes pull out couch, smart tv, and an area for dining up to six. Bedrooms our located to the rear of the home, each equipped with a queen size bedroom and dresser. As you move lakeside, you will enter our sun room off the patio and met with expansive beautiful views of Oneida Lake! Patio includes outdoor dining area, fire pit, corn hole boards, and additional seating. Bernhard's Bay is the perfect bay for enjoying the lake with its shallow shore for swimming and soft sandy bottom!
Rest and relax by the lake all day or venture out for some fun! Public boat launch located just 10 mins down the road. Grace Tyler Estate Winery located just a 1/2 mile away. Sylvan beach just a 20 minute drive. Home is located a short 15 min commute from I-81 exit.
