Tiny, Cozy and private 320 Sq. Ft space can comfortably accommodate two guests and one dog or two guests and two small dogs. Backyard is fully fenced and large enough for dogs to play and have fun. There is a rear entrance with steps leading to the backyard. There is also a large gate to the backyard. This tiny space has all the amenities of a larger Airbnb. Bathroom with stand up shower, Washer and dryer and a small kitchenette. Has one full size bed. Driveway has one parking space.

Guest access
You'll have access to the whole interior of the building and to the backyard within the fence in area. There's also a driveway on the left hand side of the building with one parking space.
Other things to note
This is a smaller space so the maximum overnight occupancy is two people. Pets are welcome. Ideally two guests and one dog or one guest and two dogs. Although visitors are allowed parking is limited. Please do not block the gate to the neighboring property if your visitors must park in the street.
