The space
Nestled in a lake subdivision, this beautiful Chandler home is centrally located and offers charm and tranquility. With 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a dedicated office space and peaceful backyard, there is room to spread out. Bi-weekly cleaning service is included!
Two bedrooms are on the main floor and contain a California king bed and a king bed. Two bathrooms, kitchen, living area, and office space are also on main floor. Upstairs is a private bedroom and bath, with a twin XL and twin bed.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and bakeware to make all your delicious meals right at home. The gorgeous piano is part of the living space and is available for guests to fill the home with music. Office space can be closed off for those that need to have a quiet area to work or take conference call. At the end of the day, put your feet up and watch your favorite show or movie on one of the smart TVs. Guests have access to the full size washer and dryer as well as the 2 car garage for parking. There is a community pool just down the street that offers guests the opportunity to cool off and splash about.
Bookings for May - Oct will be subject to monthly utility charge of $200.
