Except having a shared entry & kitchen (on the main level), guests have full control of the APT with a smart lock & a safe. Host (single) and a medium-size dog occupy two lower floors. A walking distance to Echostage, 1.3 ml to RhodeIsland Ave subway, 2.3 ml to UnionMarket, 4 ml to the US Capitol/NationalMall.

The space
A fabulous loft of a beautiful, large, quiet home in a green neighborhood of DC. A door with a smart lock separates this floor from the main house.

The floor is very SPACIOUS with 3 good-size rooms: 1) a bedroom with a queen size bed, 2) a recreational room with a couch/ pull-out high-end queen-size bed, and 3) a dedicated office.

Please note shared spaces are: 1) main entry to the home, & 2) kitchen. The bath is right at the loft entry (on the shared level) & is dedicated to guests.

Guests also have access to a large back deck & a SERENE vegetable & flower garden. Except winter time, you are surrounded by plants and flowers.

About me/the host: A well-travelled doctor/epidemiologist working in global health. About Hugo/the dog: a medium size, super-friendly Husky. He is not a guard dog and will happily greet all guests. Everyone loves Hugo!

Guest access
Guests will have free WI-FI (high-speed/1 Gigabit or 1000mpbs), TV channels, Netflix, Amazon Prime, a safe, small fridge inside the unit & full kitchen on the main level. I will provide you coffee/tea, fresh bed-sheets, additional blankets, towels, bath soaps and shampoos. Washer and dryer are on the 2nd floor.

Other things to note
I Airbnb this space because of a reduced-family size & the space has been unused, and mostly because I love meeting people from different cultures and backgrounds. I am reasonable & flexible so reach out if you have any queries.
