We’re located in one of the island’s most secluded properties!
Our beautiful, oceanfront complex has 24-hour gated security, 3 tennis courts, playground, basketball court, grill areas, an indoor pool and hot tub*, TWO outdoor pools, fitness room*, private pier, natural beach!
*Jan. 1, 2023 - Update: Hot Tub & Fitness Room remain closed due to renovations/repairs.
The space
Our beautifully decorated condo, which is a little over 900 sq.ft. is decorated and designed to make you feel right at home!
We are located on the third floor (sorry, NO elevators, but no noisy upstairs neighbors!) with a convenient key-less entry and is just a short distance to the private, natural beach**!
**Though the natural beach is great, please be cautious as it does have oyster beds, which can be very harmful if not careful while walking near and/or on them.
Our property is on Port Royal Sound!
Nearest public beach (Atlantic Ocean) is approximately 2-3 miles from the property.
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire condo, giving you the opportunity to feel like you're home.
This third-floor condo, with a convenient keyless entry, is to die for at an affordable rate!
We offer two bedrooms and two full baths.
Our master bedroom offers a king size bed and an attached full-size bathroom, with all linens included.
Our guest bedroom offers a queen size bed and a detached full-size bathroom, with all linens included.
This gorgeous condo has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, toaster oven & Keurig!
For your convenience, we also offer a washer, dryer, iron with ironing board, hair dryers, cable television, & Wi-Fi inside the unit!
On the property, you'll have access to the two outside pools, indoor pool and hot tub, fitness room, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, grill areas, as well as our private, natural beach** with its own private pier! It is certainly not your typical "resort"!
The property is located in a very secluded part of the Island between two historical parks, perfect for bird and wildlife watchers.
The beach, which was re-nourished in July of 2016, is in a protected area which ensures that it will always be natural, unspoiled and most of all, beautiful.
The location of the Port Royal Sound slows down the tidal current and is perfect for those who don't care for large, strong waves.
Though, if you do want the bigger waves to surf or play in, there are several nice beaches along the open shoreline.
Closest one being about 3 miles from the property!

-- Primary guest must be 25 years of age, or older.
-- All primary, booking guests are required to fill out a Guest Information with basic information, send a copy of their Driver's License, or state id, and will also be required to sign a rental agreement noted with rules of our condo, as well as rules of the property. All of which will be sent promptly after booking. We want our guests to feel at home, that being said, please take care of our home.
-- Though we're pet lovers ourselves, the property is strictly a NO PET property.
-- This condo is a NON-SMOKING condo. If you smoke, please do so outside of the condo and please, please be sure to dispose of your cigarette butts properly to prevent any fires.
-- As of July 22nd, 2022, all Short-Term Guests are responsible for paying $20/per vehicle for parking upon arrival. At this time, CASH ONLY (parking fee is a one-time fee, for the length of your stay). If you do not pay for a parking pass, security will not allow you on property. Our unit is not handicap accessible.
There are NO elevators on property. However, we do offer limited handicap parking in front of the unit’s building.
