There is a free shared laundry area for you to use during your stay. (Shared with guests from one other unit)

Parking: This home can fit a maximum of two cars on premise. There are street parking available as well.

PET POLICY: Pets are welcome but please do not leave pets unattended. Pets left unattended are anxious and tend to cause damages. An exception can be made if pets are left in their cage. Please pick up after you pets as well.

Strict no party and no smoking policy. Parties will be asked to leave and smoking indoors will come with an additional $200 cleaning fee.
