The space
Limited parking spots are available for rent at properties on the same street. If we have availability, the pricing is as follows:
• $15 per day
• $75 per week
• $250 per month
This fully furnished studio suite includes a full-size bed, a private bathroom, and a full kitchen equipped with cooking essentials. The booking includes WiFi and there is a Smart TV.
* Please note that any extension requests must be submitted AT LEAST 72 hours prior to your original check-out date.

PET POLICY:
We may allow 1 pet per unit upon request. Weight limit is 30 lbs maximum. $50 pet rent fee per month.
We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for all restricted breeds listed below. Failure to follow the Pet Policy will result in the cancelation of your reservation without a refund.
** Service and Emotional Support Animals are exempt from our Pet Policy because these animals are not considered "pets". **

CHECK-OUT TIME: Please note that check-out time is at 10:00 AM. If you would like to request late check out between 10 AM and 12 PM for a $50 fee, you must ask at least 24 hours before. These requests are not guaranteed. If you desire check-out anytime after 12 PM, you must reserve an additional night at the same nightly rate. These extension requests must be made before the current reservation ends at 10 AM.
DAMAGES: Please note that you will be charged for any damages to linens, cookware, furniture, fixtures, etc. that we find after you check out.
PRESERVATION OF GUEST SECURITY:
Your well-being and that of your neighbors is our primary concern. In order to ensure your safety and that of your neighbors, please do not allow anyone you do not know onto the property. Accordingly, you may be held liable for harm that results from uninvited guests whom you allow onto the property.
