The apartment is in the basement, which you will have entirely to yourself. The house is located near the Potomac Mills Mall, restaurants, and 30 minutes from DC. If you want to take a quick walk, there is a park next to the house. Don't hesitate to book; you will enjoy staying here.

This is a basement unit so you will definitely hear people walking above and unfortunately they are noises. I have provided some ear plugs or headset as the wood flooring upstairs is older and makes some cracking noises when people are walking especially when coming in and up from the stairs. So if you are a light sleeper or get irritated by this kind of noises, then please this place is not suitable for you.
Guest access
You have a private entrance located at the rear of the house. Use it to access the back patio and the entrance to your apartment. You can utilize the laundry room upstairs only on Tuesday or Wednesday on the main floor using the patio/deck door. Please give me a 24h heads up.

While I do accept same day booking/Check-In, if you booked any reservation any days after 12pm asking to check-in that same day, you will need to give me at least 3 hours window to check and make sure the room is cleaned and ready as most of the time someone else may have checked out earlier. Do not come to the house right after making any reservation without getting a message confirmation from me first. Unfortunately making a same day reservation asking to check-in a few hours later can't be guarantee as I may not see your message on time so please wait for me to respond back to you and confirm the room is ready before heading to the property.
