Our place is very close-in to all things Portland, restaurants, shops, bars, movie theaters, etc. while still being a quiet garden oasis. Independent 1-bedroom apartment, one unit of a classic Portland craftsman duplex. Because of this, the property and large backyard is shared with us, so you may encounter children play and run around.

The space
Bright and independent apartment in one of Portlands most beautiful neighborhoods! This place is close to pretty much everything! Some of our favs: Pambiche, Stammtisch, and Dove Vivi. There are also many other bars, restaurants, cafes, a Whole Foods grocery and a theater on NE 28th Ave., just a short walk away. The skylights, and fully renovated place give light and a lot of space while being private on the second floor, as well as a nice view over the surrounding beautiful shared backyard area.

In the PNW ants can be a nuisance we all endure. We treat quarterly. You may see a few stragglers as the season changes from spring into the warmer months. We urge guests to not leave out food or crumbs of any kind.

Guest access
Laundry access is available upon request and should be limited to one load a week for a stay of a week or longer. A second load will be charged $10
The unit has its own access via an outside staircase.

Other things to note
Should you be running out of shampoo, conditioner or soap unexpectedly, there are supplies in the drawers under the bathroom sink.

Exterior entrance in back of the house. Plenty of street parking, but be mindful of the neighbors, and avoid parking in front of the houses to the immediate left and right of our property.
As noted, the backyard is shared with our family, and also a small play structure that can also be used by other kids, at their parent’s discretion and responsibility.
