We're excited to welcome you to this 3rd floor mid-century modern styled apartment with Smart TVs and walking distance to local amenities such as the local grocery stores, restaurants and nearby community bars/restaurants. In addition to this, nearby highway access makes commuting to midtown/downtown Austin and Cedar Park, Round Rock, and Leander a breeze. In addition to this, we're located approximately 10 minutes from the domain when commuting outside of peak hours.

You'll have access to the entire apartment except one closet that is used for our staff.

You must climb the stairs to enter this property. This unit is on the 3rd floor.

Please be advised that the pool within the complex is currently under maintenance. During this time, the pool will be temporarily unavailable for guest use.

Please note that you may hear some noise from the ongoing construction in the building.

Please note that there's visible yellow discoloration on the hallway bathroom tub. These marks are cosmetic only and do not impact the cleanliness, safety, or functionality of the tub. The tub is thoroughly cleaned and fully operational for guest use.

Pool Notice: The pool is currently unavailable due to an issue with the pump. We are awaiting the office’s timeline, as a vendor is still in the process of inspecting the pumps. We will provide an update as soon as more information becomes available.

This complex itself is a bit older and may show its age, but we do our best to keep everything clean and fresh. There is an ongoing construction around the community.

Austin does have bugs, especially when it is hot. We do regular pest control. If you do see anything, let us know, and we can have someone come out. Please be aware the unit being in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants or other bugs.

You'll be provided with basic amenities when you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supply needs to be purchased on your own, especially for longer stays.

NOTE: Since your unit is on the 3rd floor, as Texas temperatures start to heat up, please be aware that your unit’s AC may only cool down to a certain temperature, especially if the blinds are open or the unit receives direct sunlight. Rest assured, the AC is working properly as of this writing based on regular inspections.

Additional Note: The main AC is currently non-operational while maintenance is ongoing. In the meantime, the complex has provided a portable AC unit for the property. This is intended to provide cooling similar to the main AC while the maintenance work is being completed.

We have two ring cameras out side of the property, above the door that is facing the hallway, and on the side facing the balcony. The camera records 24/7.

To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal, and/or, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

« You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the owner, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
« You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
