Other things to note
Pet Policy & Sanitization: Pre-approved, well-behaved dogs are welcome! We charge a dedicated $75 pet fee per stay, billed directly through Airbnb prior to check-in. This fee goes directly to our professional turnover team for the extended sanitation, allergen neutralizing, and specialized floor care required after pet stays. Unregistered pets will incur additional fees.

Pool & Patio Safety: The pool is not fenced off from the immediate patio lounge area, and there is no lifeguard on duty. Guests swim at their own risk. For safety and property care, glass containers and glassware of any kind are strictly prohibited on the pool deck and patio.

Fire Safety & Seasonal Burn Bans: Central Texas is subject to mandatory county wildfire burn bans during dry periods. When a Travis County burn ban is active, open wood fires are prohibited by law, but our propane gas fire table and gas grill remain fully available for guest enjoyment.

Austin Neighborhood & Noise Ordinances: To preserve the peaceful residential setting of our neighborhood, quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM daily. We are not a party house, and unauthorized events or unlisted visitors are strictly prohibited.

Central Texas Nature: Our property is situated in a lush, green Texas setting. While the home and grounds are routinely treated by professional pest control, occasional native wildlife and outdoor insects are a natural part of Central Texas outdoor living.
