Designed as a true island retreat, Bayview offers peaceful water views from nearly every room, daily visits from deer, soaring eagles overhead, and the calming sounds of birds throughout the gardens.
The fully equipped kitchen makes gathering easy, whether you’re enjoying dinner on the upper deck beside the fire table, BBQ, and lounge seating, or relaxing on the shaded lower deck with comfortable seating, a gathering table, and bar cart for sunset cocktails overlooking Oro Bay. Cozy blankets are provided for cool island evenings beneath the stars.
Indoor fireplace is temporarily out if service
Guests also enjoy games, bocce ball, a double kayak, and two paddle boards for freshwater adventures on Lake Josephine. Launch from nearby Ray Park and paddle to the Riviera for waterfront dining and live music.
Close to parks, beaches, golf, and the Johnson Farm market, Bayview was created for slowing down, reconnecting, and enjoying the quiet beauty of Anderson Island.
Every adult guest staying at the property needs to sign a separate waiver. For safety and verification, please make sure your Airbnb profile includes a clear, real photo of yourself. If your profile photo is missing or unclear, we may request one before confirming your booking.
Guest access
Please note that the entrance includes stairs, so we kindly ask guests to watch their step. Easy self check-in is provided through secure keyless entry. If the keypad screen goes dark, simply press the top lock button to wake it. Exterior lights are scheduled to automatically turn on before dark, and guests may also control the front entry light manually.
For security, the property has one exterior front camera only. There are no interior cameras.
Please remember to lock both the front door and sliding doors whenever leaving the property.
Other things to note
Shop for groceries and gas up prior to getting to the island, as these amenities are temporally closed.
We recommend purchasing round-trip ferry tickets in advance through Pierce County Ferries or directly at the dock. During peak season, please arrive 45 minutes to 1 hour early. Vehicle fares include the driver only; additional passengers are considered walk-on guests.

Guests must be 25+ to book, and the booking guest must be staying at the property. Strict no-pet policy. No additional guests beyond those listed on the reservation. Plenty of parking available.
