* It is a townhouse, so there are stairs. It is also close to the street, so please be aware that you may hear some traffic noise if you are sensitive to noise.
* Last-Minute Bookings: Please note that the standard 4:00 PM check-in time may not be available for last-minute bookings. Please contact us to confirm your check-in time before arrival.
ARRIVAL INSPECTION AND ISSUE REPORTING: Please inspect the property promptly upon arrival. Any issue that is visible or reasonably discoverable at check-in—including cleanliness concerns, insects or pests, damage, missing items, or nonworking amenities—must be reported through the Airbnb message thread within two hours of arrival, with clear photos or video whenever possible. Urgent safety concerns must be reported immediately. Prompt notice is essential because it allows us to verify the condition and arrange cleaning, maintenance, pest treatment, replacement items, or other appropriate assistance during your stay. Please provide us a reasonable opportunity to address the concern. Issues discovered later must be reported as soon as they are noticed. Delayed reporting, failure to provide available documentation, or waiting until checkout may limit our ability to verify or remedy the issue.
