Only 30 mins to the Seattle ferry as well, so big city attractions are easy to see without the fuss of big city living. We are a 6 acre homestead with fruit trees, chickens, a salmon creek, and plenty of space to explore! Private entrance to the apartment and private off-street parking makes this studio ideal to check out the sites and have a safe place to return to!
The space This is a studio apartment attached to a main house. It is located in the day-light basement of the main house with an entrance into the back yard. You’ll have your own separate area with a private kitchen, living room space, bed space, and bathroom. There is a shared game room and laundry room area for your use as well as all the outdoor space, which is shared.
