We are working hard on the property, thank you for your patience. We offer affordable accommodations for business travelers, construction crews, and short- or long-term stays.
The space
Please note this is an older property, and we are continuously working hard to improve it. This property is primarily designed for workforce housing or low income housing.
Our suites feature a comfortable bed, sofa, dedicated dining/work area, kitchen space, and a private bathroom.
Guest access
Please check in at the front lobby between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM to receive your key card. If you expect to arrive after 10:00 PM, please let us know in advance so we can assist with your late check-in.
Other things to note
House Rules & Important Policies:
- No smoking or vaping inside the property or guest rooms.
- Pets are welcome for a fee of $10 per pet, per night. (No Cats Allowed)
- No visitors or unregistered guests are permitted.
- Guests staying for extended periods are required to participate in weekly housekeeping services to help maintain the room.
- Late check-out without prior approval will incur a $30 late check-out fee.
