The studio is very private and totally separate from the main house. You will love how peaceful it is here. You feel like you are away from everything but just minutes from anything you need or want. The space has a mid century modern vibe it. It has vaulted ceilings, and travertine floors. Downtown is about 10 minutes away. You will love our little town. So much to see and do. Welcome to my home!
The space
The studio is very quaint. It sits on the far left side of the property. The house sits on 5 acres surrounded by trees. You have the back deck to use as your outside space as well as backyard. There is also a little fire pit and four chairs around it you are welcome to use as well. You will have access to the washer & dryer in the garage. I am the only other person using it. The mini fridge sits in the left side of the closet space to save space. The door has a code lock on it
for your convenience. I hope you enjoy the space.

The studio has a designated parking space the side of the driveway in front of the garage. If you need more parking just let me know. It is available.
The entrance is too the far left. Go through the gate follow the path to the
to the door. You will have a code lock on the door. Enjoy!
