This newly remodeled one bedroom condo sits right above the Deschutes river. Seventh Mountain Resort is your winter and summer outdoor adventure destination in sunny Central Oregon. The premier location for recreational activities, from biking, hiking, and whitewater rafting in summer, to ice skating and skiing in the winter. Your stay here will have you encircled by peaks, lakes, meadows, culture, adventure, breweries, festivals, family fun, shopping and more.
The space My cozy condo is equipped to make your stay easy and hassle free. The one bedroom has a smart TV, DVD player, Apple TV, comfy king bed, 6 plus drawers, a closet with one shelf and hanging space (with hangers). The bathroom has a bathtub in case you feel like soaking (bath salts under sink:). All linens and towels are provided. There are large windows in the living room/kitchen area allowing a lot of natural light in. Open up the door to the patio and you can hear the river rushing below! The living room has a smart TV, DVD player, 1 couch (with queen air mattress under ottoman/sheets and extra blanket provided), 2 small fridges (sorry no freezer or oven), dishwasher, microwave, stove top, toaster, coffee maker, coffee grinder. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a tasty meal (pots, pans, plates, silverware, glasses, mugs etc), I have left spices, oils and other cooking necessities. There are charcoal grills in the common areas outside the condo for your grilling pleasure. There also is a free washer and dryer in the same building on the same floor, and an ice machine one floor up.
Guest access Seventh Mountain resort has a beautiful park like setting. Large grass fields are right out the front door, ready for frisbee or some soccer. During your stay you will be located right next to the Deschutes river and miles of hiking and biking trails. The ground floor condo gives you direct access to trails. Seventh Mountain Resort also has the following: a playground, free mini golf, free disc golf, free lawn games, tetherball, tennis and pickle ball courts, a small mt bike obstacle course, mt bike rentals, horses/stables and trail rides, white water rafting, ice skating in the winter, 2 year round pools (one is salt water), one kid pool, 3 hot tubs, fitness room with weights, cardio, bathroom, water dispenser and TVs. There is also a gift store where you can buy drinks, snacks, candy, ice cream, chips, cereals, dinner help, beer/wine and souvenirs.
Other things to note I no longer openly allow dogs (Airbnb has made it very inconvenient for owners to charge a pet fee and pets are too hard on my little place without the extra care needed to clean up). BUT if you want to email me and prearrange to pay a pet fee and extra deposit I am open to that:)
