This property has just undergone routine maintenance and deep cleaning & the golf cart just got a new motor & batteries.

3rd Floor:
-Living Room includes Smart TV (Roku) a new queen sized sleeper sofa couch sleeps 2 adults or 3 kids.
-Full-equipped kitchen stocked with everything to cook, granite countertops, seating 6 at the island, stainless steel appliances.
-Half bath
-Bottom deck: Sectional sofa, gas grill, (we do not provide propane, must clean grill after use, also grill will be moved to the back yard at some point) Umbrella
-Top deck: Bistro table and chairs, umbrella, and 2 zero gravity lounge chairs.


2nd Floor:
-Primary Suite Included queen size bed, 2 walk-in closet, +full bath with jet tub (amazing). We have Queen sized Air Mattress available and a pack and play in the closet.
-Laundry Room + Stocked Linen Closet
-Second bedroom 2 single beds + full bath.

1st Floor:
- Downstairs Suited boasts a queen size bed, Roku TV + full bath with plenty of privacy. This space incudes a sofa couch for 2 more adults (or 3 kids could easily fit) for a full family.
