Other things to note
**Booking Requirements:**
-The booking party must be at least 21 years of age and must be present at the property throughout the stay.
- Individuals under the age of 21 are not allowed on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless agreed upon in writing.
- Violation of these rules may result in removal from the property without a refund.
**Early Check-In/Late Check-Out:**
- Early check-in or late check-out must be approved by the host and will incur a fee of $15 per hour.
- This option is available for a maximum of 3 hours before or after the regular check-in/out times.
**WiFi/Internet:**
- Our property offers a blazing fast 100/20Mbps internet connection with high-speed WiFi for uninterrupted streaming and online activities, with the exception of provider outages.
**Outdoor Security Cameras:**
- For security purposes, we have two outdoor cameras on the property and Ring doorbell focused on the entry-level door, and the back entrance.
- Motion activity is recorded to the cloud for up to 7 days.
- There are no other cameras anywhere else on the property.
**Smart Home Features:**
- Our property features Nest heat/cool controls, allowing remote adjustment of the AC if needed.
- Water sensors are placed near the dishwasher and washer/dryer to promptly address any leaks.
- If these devices are triggered, we receive alerts from our security company and will contact you to address any issues.
**Security System:**
- Each door and window is equipped with a small white sensor to monitor openings and closures.
- Some sensors can detect glass breakage.
- There are no indoor cameras as part of our security system.
**Assumption of Risk:**
- Renters assume all risk and liability for any injuries, property damage, or other incidents related to the property's use.
- By renting the property, you release the property owners from liability, regardless of negligence.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the property owners from any losses or expenses arising from your use of the property.
- This waiver is interpreted to the fullest extent permitted by law.
