This is a great, economical lock-off unit located near the entrance to the Colorado National Monument. We are centrally located, about 2-3 miles from downtown/shopping and concert venues! It is the perfect place to crash after a day of hiking, biking, and any other recreation you can find in the area. Sleeps 2-4 comfortably.

The space
We have a 1 bed/1 bath basement lock-off unit with a private entrance! There is a small “kitchenette” area consisting of a fridge/freezer, toaster oven, microwave, hotplate, and a coffee station. In addition to the bed in the room, we also have a queen sized pull out bed in the living room for additional guests. There is also a washer and dryer for guest use in the kitchen area!

Guest access
The entire Basement Lock-off unit is all yours! We won’t bother you unless you contact us with any questions or issues. We live upstairs in the house so either me or my boyfriend Shane will likely be around to assist you with anything you may need during your stay.
