There’s a roof deck with views out to Casco Bay and the lighthouses. There’s also a patio on the ground level where you can sit outside. Room for parking on the driveway and parking is also quite easy to find on the street.

Munjoy Hill is a safe, quiet area with beautiful water views, walkable to nearly anywhere on the peninsula. The gorgeous Eastern Prom park is a few blocks away, and a short walk or Uber ride will reach Portland's Old Port, restaurants, and breweries.

Very easy to grab an Uber into town, and will save you from searching for parking, although there are plenty of lots if you choose to take your own car.
