Private apartment equipped pretty much all you would need for a short or long term stay with 2 beds, a futon, & an extra full mattress (if needed). Its not luxurious, but it's comfortable. Has all appliances. 15 min walk to UC main campus, OTR bar district, & 30 min walk to central downtown.

The space
Location is brilliant! Extra loft bed in large 2 bedroom apartment (my room). An extra mattress or 2 can be set up if requested, and I can rent this as a private room or apartment if the price/dates are right. Bathroom walls are being refinished, but no work is done while we have guests. This is only cosmetic, and shouldn't interfere with your stay. If you need an extra bed please let me know in advance. This is a large lived in apartment, so it has pretty much anything you need. Feel free to ask any questions you may have. The other bedroom is also rented out on airbnb as a private bedroom. This is an LGBTQ friendly apartment.

Guest access
Entire apartment except storage area next to the stairs.
