The space
There are 2 queen bedrooms and the the third bedroom has a double sofa bed with foam topper (comfy). We can provide a queen air mattress on a frame in the sitting room if you need more than 3 beds. There is also a very comfy leather sofa for one person, and an additional blow-up mattress that can go in the Master bedroom or the family room.

Guest access
You will have private use of the entire 1750 Sq ft upper level and deck. We live in a garden level walk out apartment with separate access through the garden. We occasionally might be out on the lower level patio or garden, and can easily accommodate any times you prefer to have the outdoors to yourselves.
Neighboring Ute Creek Golf Course. This 18-hole championship course is a Par 72, ranging in length from 5,509 yards to 7,167 yards. The views are amazing! You are in walking distance of several charming neighborhood parks. There is a major grocery store 1 mile away.
