This cozy 9x12 wood cabin is set under Texas Oaks on our family estate called Deerhaven Retreat— a quiet (no kids under 12) glamping getaway in nature! Queen bed, WiFi, Heat & A/C, Roku TV, microwave, toaster, mini-fridge, coffee/tea setup, Keurig, and BBQ-picnic area. Deer greet you on the path to your clean, private bathroom reserved just for you in the sparkling bath house. Includes private deck with outdoor seating, wildlife and a Hill Country vibe that's only 8 minutes to shops and dining!

The space
Located at our private residence, which we call Deerhaven Retreat, we are happy to offer cabins within a peaceful five-acre property on San Antonio's north side. A nice place for nature lovers who enjoy the outdoors and wildlife including: deer, armadillo, fox, insects, raccoon, possum and an occasional skunk. This 10 x 12 all-wood cabin is crafted from Norwegian Spruce and is a cozy, well-equipped room with its own partially-covered deck. Everything you need is included: wi-fi, TV, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, and teapot. (Leaving open food is discouraged due to raccoons and other wildlife).

Guests walk to a new, deluxe bathroom which is kept very clean and has plenty of fresh towels and supplies for guests. One full restroom with shower is reserved for cabin guests. Sheets and towels are included, plus guests can do extra laundry on site.

SANITIZED FOR YOUR HEALTH!
Your bathroom will be treated with ozone every day at some time between 11 and 2 pm. You may notice a strong fresh scent during this timeframe. As always, between guest stays all toilets, sinks, and showers will be disinfected with bleach. White towels are laundered in hot water with bleach. We strive for a sparkling, sanitary facility!

Guest cabins will also have an ozone treatment between guest stays, in addition to our standard peroxide-solution cleaning and laundry practices. The tent has an ion/ozone generator installed and running at all times to prevent mold, mildew as well as all viruses and bacteria.

Ozone is a naturally occurring gas created from oxygen atoms. The anti-pathogenic effects of ozone have been substantiated for decades. Its action upon viruses, bacteria, fungi, and protozoa are the basis for its increased use as a disinfectant worldwide.

This cabin is ideal for guests who enjoy nature and are comfortable around wild animals such as deer, armadillos, raccoons, bugs, possum, fox and the occasional skunk. It is a natural, restful atmosphere with plenty of trees and starlight.

You'll be staying in and all-wood cabin crafted from Norwegian Spruce set on the edge of the Hill Country. Yet...amazingly, we are only major shopping and dining is just 8 minutes away. Other destinations:
• Downtown - 30 minutes
• Airport - 20 minutes
• Fiesta Texas - 30 minutes
• Lackland - 35 minutes

CAMP BULLIS NOTE:
The US Army Camp Bullis, is 3 miles away. On training days (there's no set schedule but it's about 2x per week) the sound of distant rifle and machine-gun training can sometimes be heard. So can the trumpet blowing taps and reverie!
