The Beach Resort includes 4 apartments and 1 studio. Our resort is located in the heart of Cape Coral, close to the southern Cape Coral Bridge that connects Fort Myers and Cape Coral. This is the ideal location to get to Florida's attractions and beaches quickly by car. The proximity to Cape Coral Beach also allows you to enjoy shorter beach stays and end the evening in one of the many nearby bars and restaurants.

Our apartments are individually designed and are in an easy-building complex, which offers absolute privacy.
The apartment with all rooms is for your exclusive use. Only the outdoor areas (pool and garden area) are shared by all guests.

Each apartment has its own very private terrace and private sunbathing area, which already gives you the right beach feeling.

The huge SHARED pool area with heated spa and integrated seats is screened and keeps out troublesome insects and animals.
