The space
This condo is an Ocean Villa at Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort, Building C. We've designed the unit for family fun weekends with kids, or for quiet couples. We recommend booking a second unit if you are traveling as a group of more than 2-3 adults. Great for couples retreat. Our newly remodeled kitchen (ready May 2022) is ready for Shrimp & Grits, and our living area is a space for reading or watching tv after strolls on the beach. Clean design with a filter coffee pot for the cooler days or a beverage for watching the sunrise steps away from the beach.

Just bring your own beach towels and beach shoes!
We just ask that you clean all kid's items if you use them so they are in good shape for the next family. Please bring your own pack n play sheets and linens for the baby. If you break a sand toy please replace it. Kroger has plenty of options for sand toys.
The island is very family-friendly and so is Folly Field beach and neighboring beaches. If you are looking for a different beach experience you may prefer the Southern end of the island.
Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort is right on the ocean. This unit is located in the C building, marsh side view (no ocean view), midway down the building.
You can hop the Hilton Head Trolly and leave your car parked at the resort. Check the Trolly website for dates and schedules for High Season service.

Guest access
You have access to the beach, pool, tennis courts for free. Bike rental is on the property for a fee. You have access to the RESORT at 8:00am the first day of your stay and until 5:00pm the day of check-out. You have CONDO access at 4:00pm your day of arrival and until 10:00am the morning of departure. Any items in the condo from 10-4 are considered abandoned property. Please plan accordingly for groceries not having a refrigerator until your 4:00pm access begins.
Other things to note
-Guests need to be at least 21 to book and stay at HHB&T per resort rules.
-Families that total 4-5 persons with small children are welcome.
-Parties with more than 3 adults are not encouraged and additional fees are charged per adult over 18. All Ocean Villas are small and you will fit the Tennis Vilkas or Admiral’s Row more comfortably.
-HHB&T is a quiet community. This is a destination where many units are occupied year-round by retirees, families with small children will be comfortable, and those that agree to observe the rules for no noise after 10:00 pm in the hallways or in the units are welcomed.
- If you are a party of 4 adults we recommend that you book a second condo at HHB&T or a different unit in the complex that is designed for 4 adults.
- Stays over 7 nights require a full cleaning at the current cleaning rate on the 8th night of the stay, and each 8th night thereafter.

We are available for questions or concerns through AirB&B from 8:00am - 6:00pm for general questions and messaging about your stay and reservation.
