The space There is a lot to do in the area the coast is close by and Mount Desert Island makes a great day trip just over a hour away Cable and WIFI are included ,Kayaks and Life jackets are provided also some wood is provided for the fire pit, if you are going to have a lot of fires you may purchase wood up the street
Other things to note No pets No Fireworks AT ALL No Exceptions Gatherings are OK Loud Parties are not (this is a place of relaxation) Docks will be in 3rd week of May
