We've created an exclusive, beautiful respite in the Oakland Hills with completely newly renovated, modern design. We used DOUBLE sound proofing so the unit is especially quiet and have equipped the unit with just about any amenity you may need including guidebooks and maps of the local area. The bathroom has a rain shower and the bathroom floors are heated. We also offer a home theatre experience with a projector and screen that are hidden from view when not in use.

We are in East Oakland in a neighborhood called Eastmont Hills. To reach our place, take either the Edwards Avenue or Keller Avenue exit off 580 (between Mills College and the Oakland Zoo).

We live on the second floor of the house and may be available to talk with you. We have extensive knowledge of things to do in the Bay Area and provide a library of hiking, biking, site-seeing books/maps as well as a binder of information for guests. We are happy to talk with visitors about things to do in Oakland. Just message us.

It's a 10-minute drive to Oakland Zoo, Lake Chabot, Mills College, and the Coliseum, where the Oakland A's and Golden State Warriors play. The nearest BART station is also at the Coliseum and from there you can be in San Francisco in just 15 minutes.

The nearest BART station (Coliseum stop) is a 10-minute drive and from there you can access Oakland, Berkeley, San Francisco, Fremont and beyond. Once you catch a train, the first San Francisco stop is about 15 minutes. You can also walk to a bus stop and catch the NL bus line to San Francisco. You can get by without a car if you combine Uber with public transportation.
