Property has a detached Casita in the back that is used by the Owner or other guests. Laundry room is shared with owner only and accessed through back door off kitchen.

Home has a front porch, living room, two bedrooms: One with a King Tempur-Pedic bed that sleeps two comfortably and one with a twin-size daybed that sleeps one, along with a combined yoga/workout area. The living room has a large comfy couch that guests can use as an additional sleeping area if necessary for max capacity of 4 people in the home.
This kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs and includes a cute dining nook with built in seating. The refrigerator is in the shared laundry-room space but is for your use throughout your stay. Laundry room opens up to the shared backyard space.
There is a locked owner-storage space off the laundry room that is inaccessible to guests.

Park anywhere out front in the street. Please don't block the driveway where the owner parks their vehicle for the Casita in the back.

The laundry room is accessed through the back or you may use one of the skeleton keys left near door to unlock from inside the main home.
Other things to note
If you are the type that needs to stream Netflix at 4K to have a good time, this may not be the best space for you. This property is all about connecting with yourself, others, and nature, to take a breath from everyday life. That said, there is WiFi available for your use, and nothing wrong with a little Netflix and chill :)
Quiet hours outside from 9pm to 7am. Please be respectful of neighbors and homeowner who may be staying in detached casita.
Guests use gym equipment (weights and yoga mat) at their own risk.
