Main House Rule Quiet Hours. This building is located on a major street and has sounds from the city. Still, we cultivate a very quiet atmosphere in the building. That is the major house rule I enforce and am very strict about, I want to make sure all my guests have a good night's sleep.
Quiet hours start at 10pm-8am. No talking on the phone or coming in and out with friends being loud. No talking outside or in the halls. Keep a quiet low volume while inside the room.
Most guests are really courteous and quiet and appreciate the calm environment so it's not really a issue I have to address.
