Come join us in our artist's "casita" owned by a well known Las Cruces Artist. The "casita" is located in a quiet back yard with off street parking, a locked, gated entry from parking and a private entry in to the new "casita" This space is for either 1 or 2 people on a Queen bed and also affords a Flexsteel loveseat bed. It is furnished for you complete with modest cooking arrangements, dishes, utensils, mini fridge and everything you need for coffee, tea and breakfast, light lunch or dinner.

The space
The space was designed with visiting artists in mind who needed to escape the snowy northern winter. There is a back patio with a grill and a fire pit for your use. Artists may apply to the resident artist to share studio space during their visit. See her at lindagendallart.com

Guest access
The Casita is yours during your stay with no others using the building. The House on the property is seperated by a yard and landscaping and tenants normally use the front entrance

There is WiFi and the TV is WiFi connected for guests to use their own Hulu, Netflix and any other accounts on the TV
