FIRST FLOOR: Master bedroom has a king bed and a desk, living room, bathroom , dining area and a well appointed kitchen.
UPSTAIRS: -Bedroom 1 has 2 twin beds and a crib if needed (open room)
-Bedroom 2 has a full size queen bed!
Backyard: Fully enclosed fenced in yard great for kids and to let dogs off leash.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire left side of the house. Separate entrance from main house. Guests will also have access to gazebo. Key code access located on front door.
Other things to note
Pet policy-: 50$ fee per pet!!! one time!!!!
- Only well-: trained, good tempered dogs allowed. (NO puppies, NO chewing, house broken only)
- When leaving dog unattended in house, dog must be kept in laundry room.
- Must clean up all messes inside and outside immediate house area.
-Late check out will be charged 50$ additional fee!!!!
