Book it and enjoy!. Close to a gas station with a mini-store, close to Fairbanks Memorial Hospital, Fort Wainwright and downtown, 3 miles away from shopping areas. Restaurants located close by (Indian, Thia, Chinese, Subway). Pioneer Park and museums, less than 2 miles away.

The space
Small, efficient apartment in four plex. First floor, walk in no stairs. Easy access and parking. In building with 3 other units and if you have company you could book together!
We provide coffee, tea, creamer and sugar. Yes we have coffee makers and pot and pants for cooking. All utensils which you need.
For the bathroom we have soup, shampoo and conditioner.

Guest access
Large parking area in front of building. Additional parking space on the left side of paved are in gravel.

Dear Guest: here are some simple rules you should know.
Please read, to avoid any unnecessary charges. NO Animals! A fine fee can apply and that is $100.00. Remember we have video surveillance 24/7.
Trash Cans. When you come to the property you can see the trash cans are on the right side of the building. Please leave the garbage there. Please make sure there’s NO “loose garbage”. Only use plastic bags or the trash company won’t pick it up. All pieces, large or small, need to be in a bag. Missing or broken items – you can be charged. The smoking inside may result in a fine of fee of $75.00
Please remember to take off your shoes.
Please, let us know when you are check-out. It helps with cleaning services.
Please Keep the extra key in the key box, in case you’re locked out. If you are locked out and we need to come to open the door, you can be charged $25.00The lost key fee is $25.00, the replacement fee.
Please leave the empty spray bottles where you found them, (they will be refilled with cleaning supplies).
