This bright, spacious cape cod perfect for 6-8 guests is only one block from Menominee Park and two blocks from Miller's Bay on Lake Winnebago. Only one mile from downtown Oshkosh, you can enjoy great restaurants, bars, and Oshkosh's award-winning Saturday Farmer's Market. A quick 15 minute drive to EAA means you can have the best of both worlds.

The home has a ton of natural light, 3+ bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and two outdoor seating areas. Spacious living and dining rooms with private parking.

The space
Built in 1930, this charming cape cod has beautiful hardwood floors, original woodwork, and tons of natural light. Located one block from Menominee Park and two blocks from Lake Winnebago. A 20-minute walk or 2 minute drive will take you to downtown Oshkosh with lots of bars, restaurants and shops. If you're here on a Saturday, check out the award-winning farmer's market!

Access to the main level of the house requires stairs, from the front door or the back entry way. On the first floor, the house has an office/sunroom, large living room, dining room with a table to comfortably seat 8, kitchen with seating for 3, and a den with a fireplace and sliding glass door out to a deck. The deck overlooks a private, fenced-in yard and detached garage.

Upstairs has three bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is currently set up as a nursery with a crib, however, we are happy to swap out the crib for a twin or full bed if requested.
Bedroom 2 is the master bedroom with a king size bed, TV, Apple TV.
Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed.
The den (fireplace room) can accommodate a queen size air mattress - we will provide this if requested - otherwise the couch is very comfortable! The room has a door, so it can serve as a great 4th bedroom!

There are two full bathrooms upstairs: bathroom 1 has a tub/shower combo and bathroom 2 has a shower only.

Linens (bedding and towels/washcloths) will be provided. Our guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer in the basement.
