-CAS ( Centro de Atenciones a Solocitantes) is less than half a km away that's less than a 10-minute walk or less than a 5-minute drive.
-The apartment is less than a 10-minute drive to Estadio Caliente ( Xolos Stadium)
-Tijuana International airport is located 5 miles from the apartment or a 10-20 minute car ride depending on traffic.
-The international border is just a 7-10 minute car ride.
