The space
850 SF with lots of space to relax. The place is flooded with light, with large windows in the living and dining rooms. You do have to walk up the stairs to get there, but it's worth the effort!
Overlooking N Street in Midtown, the living room has plenty of room to hang out, watch movies, read, or listen to music. All guests say that this property is in a fantastic and happening location.
This unit is excellent for longer-term stays because of the renovated kitchen and new washer and dryer, which were not in the unit before the renovation in late 2023.
Guest access
Be sure to enter 1924 on the right hand side of the front porch.
You will have access to the gated backyard which has a BBQ, nice patio and landscaping. Oh, and the is a Non regulation Bocce Ball Court. There will probably be guests downstairs, so the back yard is shared. There are two BBQs and the BBQ on the patio is for your unit. BBQ Charcoal is located in the common laundry area off the lower back deck.

The Unit is about 50 yards from the Train Tracks . The train is noisy but we have taken measures to minimize it by providing acoustic insulation panel that are inserted over the bedroom windows facing the tracks. Frankly, most people actually don't mind the train.
The is laundry on site off the lower unit's back deck = this is shared with the downstair guest. A key to the Laundry area is provided.
