2019 built 4-bedroom multi-level townhouse with modern offered inside is located in a gated condominium complex that is close to Lake Tahoe. 10-20 mins walk (5 min drive) to Stateline casinos, Lakeside Beach, Heavenly Ski Resort, shops & restaurants at Heavenly Village, the gondola up to Heavenly for skiing/snowboarding.

A mental issue woman lives 30 feet away yells loud from time to time. Please check our reviews to see how previous guest experiences have been.

Only two car allowed and the garage doors are quite narrow(6 feet wide) please don't coming with a truck, or you need to find street parking out the community.

Other things to note
Please note that there is a neighbor with a mental issue living across street. She is harmless but she yells pretty loud.

The garage door is 6 feet wide.

We respect your privacy, but we request a few home rules:

1. Our check-in time is after 4 PM and check-out time is by 11 AM. Early check-in is okay to drop off luggage in the garage after 12 PM. But since we need to make sure we have enough time to clean the house, we won't agree to any late check-out.

2. No loud music or parties. Absolutely no gathering outside past 10 PM - this is strictly enforced. The neighbors are sensitive and will not hesitate to call the police with the slightest disturbance. If the neighbors complain, we will have to ask you to leave the property WITHOUT A REFUND.

3. No overnight visitors allowed.

4. Load and run the dishwasher before you leave the house, or wash them with soap.

5. BBQs are not allowed in this community anymore.

6. Help put the garbage bins out of the garage for the garbage pick-up before 8 AM on Monday (if you're staying).

7. Because we are in "Snow Country," I do not offer refunds or rescheduling of nights on trips canceled for less than 5 days due to bad weather, regardless of a snowstorm or rain. Please purchase Airbnb's insurance when you book the your reservation.
