This freshly remodeled apartment features AirCon, 50inch TV, new shower, new carpet (a rollaway bed if extra bed is needed,) view of the mountains. Laundry facilities available. If you need extra bed, please say in advance

The space
Building exterior and entrance:
The building is an apartment-style condominium complex with indoor corridors. The condo is located a half-flight of stairs (7 steps) above ground-level. The building entrance and condo entrance have convenient access to the parking area.

Condo Interior:
1 large fully furnished and decorated bedroom with dresser & queen-size bed and a very large walk-through closet. A newly remodeled full bathroom with walk-in shower, a fully furnished living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with dining table, and a furnished balcony. New carpet has been installed in December of 2020. The view from the balcony is pleasant.

Free wi-fi internet. Free parking. Laundry machines are down the hall.

The outdoor area of the condominium property features two swimming pools and nice garden areas and paved walkways for walking around. The swimming pools are open year-round, but they are not heated.

Guest access
The entire condo is available for your private use. This property features self-check-in with a keypad code.

The check-in instructions are sent to guests in an e-mail. If you do not receive the e-mail or you cannot find it, please let us know as soon as possible.

Guests have access to the condo community swimming pool and the shared laundry room (there is one nearby inside the building on the same floor, down the hall.)

My housekeeper cleans the property thoroughly.

You will have access to laundry facilities on site down the hall from the condo.

There is free WiFi internet provided... 100 mbps or faster.

The property features convenient parking that is in close proximity to the building.

Linens and towels are provided.

To use the laundry machines, you must put money on a unique payment card. You can find the card in the little box next to the door. To put money on the card, bring the card to the building in the center of the condominium complex next to the swimming pool. Outside of this building, on the left side, you will find a little vending machine where you can load funds into the card. Now you can simply bring your dirty laundry to the laundry machines in the laundry room down the hall and insert the card inside the machines to operate them.

The condo is a half-floor above ground level. There are a few steps to enter the exterior entrance, as shown in the profile building photo, and a half-flight of steps inside that lead directly to the condo entrance door. The condo is located very close to the parking area.

There is a rollaway bed in the bedroom closet that guests can use for a third person, if they don’t mind paying a few extra dollars for the provision of clean linens. Please inform host in advance if you want to use the rollaway bed.

For guests staying more than a few days: Please be aware that I do not provide guests with an unlimited supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, soap and other consumable items because doing so encourages guests to consume them irresponsibly and without moderation. I have confirmed with Airbnb that providing “essentials” does not equate to an unlimited quantity of consumable products. If you consume all of the provided toilet paper and garbage bags, please purchase your own. Thank you.

As of May 2022, a new 50 inch smart TV has been installed in the living room. It features signed-in Disney+ and HULU accounts for guests to enjoy digital streaming content. Other streaming service apps, such as Netflix, are available, but guests must sign in to their own accounts to watch such other streaming services. In 2023, I added Paramount+ digital streaming service on the television in the living room.

The temperature displayed on the thermostat is approximately 5 degrees warmer than the actual temperature inside the condo.

The swimming pool hours for being open are 6 AM until 10 PM

There are no cameras or recording devices anywhere inside the condo. There is one motion sensor located in the living room..
