Guest access
You have access to everything on the first floor in privacy. This includes parking in the garage. However if you use the bathroom upstairs, an additional cleaning fee will be deducted from your security deposit.
We do offer discounts for long term rentals.
We are sensitive to your situation because we've been there. Thats why this home is available for you to rent. If you do the math, your daily rent is far less expensive than if you rented a motel room. And you will enjoy all the comforts of home (and more) at this 5-Star rated home. With everything available to make your daily meals, saves you a lot of additional costs. It also saves you from eating unhealthy food three times a day at restaurants or cafeterias.
