Guest access
You will have exclusive, private access to your Sosuite apartment. In addition, you will have access to the lobby, which was designed by renowned local artist Natalie McDonald, and the building's fitness center.
Other things to note
- The gym is open from 7 am to 9 pm
- There is an accessible ramp at the left-hand side entrance of the building
- Parking details will be provided after booking. The gated lot has covered and uncovered options, and you are allowed to come and go as needed during your stay. The cost ranges from $15-$20 per day, depending on the duration of your stay (with a cap of $250 per month)
- Extra cleaning services can be requested during your stay for an additional fee
- Pets are welcome for a $15/night per pet cleaning fee (capped at $250/month)
- A $250 deposit may be collected before check-in, and ID collection/waiver may be required. Reservation are not eligible for refunds if these steps are not completed.
