Guests have access to our entire 850 square foot home (main level) including washer and dryer in common area (lower level), private front porch and back patio. You also have access to the communal backyard with shared grill and bikes (Shared with the lower unit and are on a first-come/first-serve basis!) There will be no garage access, but 2 free on-street parking spaces in front of the home on 7th Ave.
