The " little farmhouse" is a special place for those who like biking and hiking at Wildcat Canyon Regional Park, while enjoying the peace and quiet of this meticulously decorated in-law unit set up to host up to 2 guests. My intention was to achieve a harmonious environment where you can relax, cook, and disconnect from the rest of the world. It is equipped with the amenities that you may find in a fancy hotel room. This is an in-law unit; noise may travels from upstairs occasionally.

The space
This in-law unit located on the top of the hills next to El Cerrito and near Berkeley. It is a special place for hikers and golfers. This place is unique because it is set up for your comfort: It is usually quiet, clean and well-organized. I chose zen colors in soft tones and a fun decor that includes farm animals. The beds are comfortable with clean sheets. Neighbors know each other by name so please be respectful. You may hear some noise from upstairs occasionally, though not in the bedroom.

Guest access
This in-law is the lower unit. As soon as you open the front gate there is a white door to your right. The in-law has a bedroom, an office or second bedroom, and a small kitchen that is perfect for 2 people.

Other things to note
I do not allow smoking of any kind; regardless of prescriptions.
Everything in this unit is new or newer and I expect my guests to treat it as if it was mine and to leave the place the same way they found it. Please do not move the furniture around.
