1 double glass door closet, a bathroom with full shower, and bathtub.
NO kitchen/living room/dining room

Here are basic things you need to know:

- Professionally cleaned w/ fresh linens and towels each stay
- Coffee maker in room, w/ waist-high fridge (no kitchen in this studio)
- Bodywash, shampoo, hand soap provided in a dispenser
- Easy charging station, phone chargers available
- Waist-high refrigerator/freezer
- 32" TV, w/ Roku box, and Netflix subscription included. Watch movies or TV shows while you relax at night

Other things to note
Wifi may be shared with other units. Please note that only the internet provider can ensure that wifi will be up all the time. If it goes down, we will seek to remedy the issue immediately, which may require Comcast's assistance. How quickly they resolve the problem can vary but could be several days.

Location - Walk a few blocks to beautiful Lake Merritt (5min), around the Lake to Downtown Oakland (20min), to Lake Merritt BART station (10min).

Airports - Ride BART from SFO or OAK to Lake Merritt BART.

Parking - There is no parking on-site. There is typically street parking available nearby, and there is free parking in the parking lot across the street on weekends and after 5:30PM on weekdays.

During weekdays, 2nd Ave (cross street) has no time restrictions, and street sweeping is only on Thurs & Fri, depending on which side of the street. 3rd Ave is the same way. International has a 2 hour parking that is loosely enforced, but sometimes is. Park illegally at your own risk.

Food Delivery
Food is always just a tap away, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, from Grubhub, Postmates, Zomato, Yelp, and Uber Eats app at this address, with many other late-night options.
They're convenient to use so your food or goods can be delivered right at your doorstep anytime anywhere. All you need to do is download the delivery app of your choice or you can go directly to their website, make a selection, place an order, and make payment via your smartphone, or pay on delivery.

Your unit will be cleaned before you arrive- which is what the cleaning fee is for. We do not provide ongoing cleanings or housekeeping.
Cleaning supplies provided: broom, mop, and rugs.
Toiletries provided: toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. These items will be provided for your arrival, but will not be replenished during your stay. :)

Guest access
**We do not meet you when you arrive. You are welcome to arrive at your own convenience after 4:00 PM** The keys are in a lockbox at the property, and I will provide you the code after you make your reservation.

Other things to note
Oakland is a lower-income, mixed-demographic location. Oakland is not your white picket fence kind of neighborhood, but I personally lived there for over a year with my girlfriend, and never had any issues walking around day or night. The unit is on a busy street right by the lake- potential for noise. There’s foot traffic in the business below the apartment and the surrounding areas.

While we love our neighborhood’s history, character, walkability and we feel perfectly safe here, it may not be the best fit for everyone.

In the rare event that the heater is not working, space heater/s are available.

We strive to keep our property clean and free of ants, but sometimes they may appear due to natural factors that are out of our control. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
