This townhouse has a two car garage on the entry level, a flight of stairs to the kitchen, half bath, living and dining rooms, then 2 bedrooms each with own bath upstairs of that. Decks off both bedrooms, living room and dining room! Four decks! Sorry no pets or parties allowed. Maximum 4 guests. 2 miles from the casinos. 2-3 miles to Heavenly Ski Lodges. The HOA pool is available summer only.
The space
You will be the only guest and have the entire place to yourselves.
Guest access
In addition to the indoor living space, there are balconies off both bedrooms, another off the living room, and a large deck off the dining room.
Other things to note
The bedrooms have TVs with Roku & Amazon Fire Sticks. And the living room TV has cable, and new Sony 60” smart TV. The unit has a good furnace, but no air conditioning. The temperature cools into the 50’s on summer nights, and there are sun block shades. Open windows at night to cool off. Also, close front blinds if you leave for the day to keep out hot summer sun.
