There are 3 ensuite bedrooms, and a sleeping loft with 2 twin beds. New mattresses throughout. Gas fireplace and sitting area within the master suite.
Deck located off the dining room has outdoor seating and dining, gas BBQ grill and an 8 Person hot tub. Enjoy the views from the large fenced-in backyard with space for the kids to run and play. NOTE: June 23' we have the fence scheduled for replacement.

INCLINE PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS: You will have NO access. Please note that the private beaches within the unincorporated town of Incline Village are managed by the Incline General Improvement District. TahoeXperience has NO control over the accessibility of these Private Beaches and we do not warrant that you will have access to them during your visit.
There are a number of amazing public beaches available in the area...some with no cost, state parks with a smaller entry fee, and an ample number that you can hike to on the East Shore of the Lake that are free other than some energy to hike to them. Check out the Alltrails app to learn more about beach hikes. Boat rentals are the best way to gain access to the lake and truly see everything that Lake Tahoe has to offer. Want the inside scoop?
