The space
This tastefully decorated townhouse is located in the heart of Fayetteville. As far as sleeping arrangements, the main bedroom has a FULL size bed and the second bedroom has 1 DAY BED and 1 TRUNDLE. We also provide 1 TWIN SIZE AIR MATTRESS and the SOFA in the living room may be used as well. The home is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Whether you're traveling solo, with family and/or friends, you'll enjoy this cute home!

⦿ No cable TV (Fire Stick provided in living room ONLY). You will need to log on your Amazon account to gain access to apps such as Netflix, Hulu ect.

⦿ You will have access to the entire space, EXCEPT for the closet in the hallway where we keep cleaning supplies and linens. Please make yourself at home!

⦿ Basics: Internet, air conditioning, heater, washer, dryer, iron, iron board, laptop-friendly workspace.

⦿ Bed and bath: Hangers, hair dryer, soap, toilet paper, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets.

⦿ In the kitchen: microwave, coffee maker (bring coffee and paper towel), refrigerator, dishes and silverware, cooking basics, oven, stove, tea kettle.

⦿ The outside of the property is somewhat older. However, the inside is completely renovated.


⦿ Although we do our very best to ensure the home is sparkly clean, we cannot guarantee there won't be a few ants around the property as they come out during summer time.


⦿ Please keep in mind the area is HUMID and unfortunately that is completely out of our control.


⦿ We do aim to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for our guests. However, we do ask that you take into consideration you're staying in someone's home, not a hotel.

⦿ If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

⦿ No more than 6 guests allowed on the premises at once. Please make sure you enter the appropriate amount of guests, when booking. Unauthorized visitors may result in termination of your reservation without refund.

⦿ There is a safe located in the main bedroom's closet. It can be used for an additional $15 for the duration of your stay. It's free for guests staying 28 days or more. Just let us know in advance!

⦿ Guests staying 28 days or longer are required to SIGN a LEASE within the first 7 days of check-in and pay a $250 security deposit.

⦿ There are are no buses available in the area.
