Welcome to the Lemonita! Our home is tucked away near Old Town, Downtown Albuquerque, and the Sawmill District. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and full of Burque's most treasured history. The Lemonita was built in 1924 with the orignial adobe brick still intact. The house is one of Albuquerque's oldest adobes built on the block. This sunflower yellow house is full of color and groovy vibes inside. It was designed with heart and soul. We can't wait for you to stay at the Lemonita!

The space
The Lemonita is near and dear to our hearts. We put our love and souls into this beautiful space to share with our guests. The house is furnished and equipped with mid-century furniture, chef appliances, and cool little trinkets. We want the house to be loved and cherished like how we've been treating it. The house has a library/ board game room as you walk in. There's chess, multiple board games, and traveling books to read. The living room is spacious and so inviting. Each room has its own colorful vibes. The kitchen is great to make a delicious meal or even drink a cup of coffee looking out the window into the backyard. There's a washer and dryer for your convenience. We provide detergent and dryer sheets.

Other things to note
No parties or gatherings allowed. No smoking inside ONLY outside away from the front and back door. Please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.

There's a vintage Airstream in the backyard and casita "guest house" at the end of the driveway which are also Airbnb's. Please do not disturb the guests who are occupying those units.
