A studio apartment in which the normal functions of the living room, bedroom, and kitchen – are combined into a single room. Kitchen has NO STOVE, but appliances for cooking full meals, large closet and full bath. It is located near most of the local refineries and is great for an out of town worker. The apt has all you would need for a one night stay or long term. If staying longer than a week or two, it may not be comfortable for 2 people.

The space
Our space is unique with a private entrance and small private patio area, in a wonderful, friendly, and safe neighborhood.

Guest access
The guest will have access to their private patio and the studio apartment only. We do not share personal space. We will not enter your private space, unless you are staying for more than a week. If you are staying for an extended period we will schedule a day, once a week that I will change the sheets, clean and mop the floors.
