If you want the convenience of the second floor, solitude from noisy neighbors, and a shady lanai (north-facing lanais are sunny and hot all day), Honua Kai K240 is the perfect spot for you. Near the elevator and away from the trash room.

Fully stocked kitchen, underground parking for one car, closet of beach goodies, washer and dryer in the unit. Roku available on the living room TV for App streaming services. Private, fast wifi.

Guest access
Guests have access to seven pools, underground parking for one car, the community grounds and Duke’s restaurant.

Valet is available for an extra fee.

All arrival information will be messaged to you on the Airbnb thread, a few days before your trip.

**There is no garbage disposal.**

The ACs will automatically turn off when the lanai Nano-glass sliders are open. This is to prevent mold and condescension damage to the systems.

Please keep the closet door open when using the clothes dryer- it gets humid and can ruin the wood door.

I charge 150$ for excessive sand left in the condo upon check out.

When the AC is off and the glass sliders are closed, you can occasionally hear the elevator.
