Amazing opportunity to experience the luxuries of a house with a one bedroom price tag. Guests will have private access to our newly remodeled basement PLUS main floor amenities AND backyard. The upstairs of our home will be locked off and uninhabited during your stay.
We are conveniently situated halfway between downtown Denver and Boulder in a beautiful neighborhood that provides easy (walking) access to restaurants, Whole Foods, miles of open space trails, and unobstructed mountain views.
The space Guests will have private access at all times during your stay. The layout is as follows:
Main floor: Open concept kitchen, dining area, living room, office and half bath. Sliding glass doors off kitchen provide access to large backyard.
Basement: newly remodeled basement bedroom, full bath, and living room. 9 foot ceilings and plenty of natural light provide a cozy, open space to relax and sleep!
Backyard: private access to large backyard with plenty of space to soak up the sun and enjoy a meal. BBQ included.
Note: The upstairs will be locked off and unavailable during your stay. It will not be inhabited by anyone during your stay.
Guest access Private access to garage and driveway.
Other things to note While we will allow up to four guests, the second bed is a queen air mattress and may not be preferred for most. Our space is best suited for two adults and up to two children, or two additional adults if air mattresses are your thing!
